These are the terms and conditions of Sports Glasses UK. Please ensure that you have read and understand them fully before you consider making a purchase.
Before you can complete any purchase on the website, you will need to tick the box to accept these terms and conditions. And by electronically signing (ticking our T&Cs) our terms and conditions you are agreeing to be bound by these conditions. These terms and conditions-however- in no way affect your statutory rights in English law. Your contract for purchases made through this site is with Dixon Eyewear (our parent company), and this contract will only exist after we have e-mailed a confirmation that the item has been dispatched. Please note that we reserve the right to delay/cancel any order for the purpose of carrying out additional security checks in relation to a credit or debit card payment. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. If you are under 18 you may only use this site with the supervision of an adult / guardian. You accept that e-mail is the primary means of long-distance communication. Whilst we take every care to ensure the accuracy of prices and information on the site, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, your card will be automatically credited.
Our Labs usually take between 7 and 21 days to produce your order, depending on the complexity involved. Please allow an additional 10 to 14 days for delivery.
All items on this site are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturer’s defect. Any customer who is not satisfied with the standard of the product may return the goods undamaged, without the tags removed and properly packaged for a refund of the products purchase price within 30 days of purchase (not including custom Prescription Products). Returned goods will only be accepted if they are accompanied by an official RTN (Returns Note Number). Prior to returning any item, you should email email@example.com with you order details and request a RTN number. It is the customers responsibility to provide proof that their goods have been returned. This should be by either means of: Australia Postl, other couriers receipt or tracking information. WE CANNOT OFFER ANY CREDITS OR REPLACEMENTS WITHOUT SAID PROOF.
Custom made lenses are supplied based upon the prescription you have supplied. Refunds cannot be made unless it is shown that the lenses are defective or does not correspond to the prescription supplied. Please note that Prescription lenses are non-cancelable, non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty).
In the event of any goods: being damaged in transit, missing items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered- you are required to notify us in writing within 7 days. We may ask the customer to complete an insurance claim form should we choose to recover the cost of the damages or missing items from the courier. No credits or replacements will be given until the matter is finalised.
We promise not to pass on any of your personal , credit or debit card details to any third party.
